This policy describes how Astroturfed (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit our marketing website, request access, or use our services in a customer environment. It is written for clarity; your executed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs enterprise deployments.
Information we collect
We collect identifiers and contact details you submit on forms (such as name, email, and company), technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps), and usage telemetry from our applications to operate and improve the service. In production broker mode we process content your agents access according to your configuration and contractual terms.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the platform, communicate with you, analyze reliability, comply with law, and develop features. We do not sell personal information. Aggregated or de-identified statistics may be used for benchmarks and marketing.
Retention
We retain account and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Marketing contacts are refreshed on a regular cadence; you may request deletion subject to legitimate business exceptions.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational controls including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and change management. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials and report suspected incidents to security@astroturfed.com.
Your choices
Depending on jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact hello@astroturfed.com to exercise these rights. We will verify requests and respond within the timelines required by law.
